21st Porthole Birthday Cake

 

The theme was “under the sea” – so of course it had to be a porthole cake!. Enough to feed all the “crew” that came (and there were lots!)

Made from four layers of Victoria sponge, raspberry jam, butter cream – you know the drill, its all real ingredients, no shortcuts.
