Congratulations to Tracy & Paul on their wedding at Jesmond Dene House. Its a lovely setting so I stopped off for afternoon tea with other half after setting up this 4 tier wedding cake with its sugar paste rose cascade. The cakes were (from base to top) carrot and walnut, lemon drizzle, fruit and orange & almond (gluten free).
A bit unusual to do fruit 3 tiers up, but a bit of structure to support can work wonders! Everything you can see is edible, with 3 colours of rose, two of which matched the flowers, bouquet, bridesmaids dresses and the mens accent colours.
